What to Expect (Treatment Process) The removal process is a journey. Cancellation Policy
BEYOND BEAUTY POLICIES Thank you for choosing my service. To ensure a safe, smooth and professional experience for every client, please review the following salon policies. APPOINTMENTS - All service are by appointment only. - Bookings can be made through my website or by direct message (DM) -A brief pre-consultaition will be conducted to confirm your eligibility and ensure a safe treatment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - Free cancellations or changes are allowed up to 48 hour before your appointment. -Cancellations within 48 hours or no -shows will result in a cancellation fee or forfeit of your deposit. -if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule. BOOKING DEPOSIT -a non-refundable deposit (amount specified at booking) is required to secure your appointment. -This deposit will go toward your service cost. -No-shows or last- minute cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. HEALTH & CONTRAINDICATIONS Please inform me if any of the following apply to you: -Pregnant or breastfeeding -Keloid-prone skin -Skin conditions or infections on the treatment area -Serious health conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart disease - doctor's note may be required) Your health and safety are my top priority, and accurate disclosure is essential. PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA -Photos may be taken before and after your procedure for documentation. -I may share photos on social media or my portfolio, only with your consent. -Please let me know if you prefer not to have your photo shared. HYGIENE & SAFETY -I follow strict hygiene protocols, including the use of single-use, disposable tools. -The artist is licensed and certified in proper PMU procedures and sanitation practices. CLIENT COOPERATION -For safety reasons, children or pets are not allowed during your appointment. -Be honest about your health and expectations. I am here to help you achieve the best results.
