Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing [Your Business Name]. We strive to provide professional and timely service to all our clients. To ensure the best experience and to respect the artist's time, we have established the following policy.

 

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Permanent Makeup (PMU) services, all treatments, deposits, and booking fees are non-refundable. PMU is a cosmetic procedure where results can vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Once the service is performed or a time slot is reserved, we cannot offer refunds.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens; however, we require at least 48 hours (2 days) notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• More than 48 hours notice: You may reschedule your appointment without any additional penalty.

• Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a $90 cancellation fee.

• No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will result in a charge of the full cancellation fee ($90) and may require full pre-payment for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

To provide the best quality of work, we require the full allotted time for your procedure. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and the $90 fee will apply.
