TERM AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

• You must be at least 18 years of age to receive Permanent Makeup (PMU) services.

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment.

• We cannot perform services on clients who are pregnant or nursing.

 

2. Health & Safety Disclosure

• Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding their medical history, allergies, and skin conditions.

• Beyond Beauty by Kaori is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information.

• A patch test is available (additional cost $20) upon request but does not guarantee the absence of an allergic reaction.

3. Results & Touch-ups

• Variable Results: PMU is a form of cosmetic tattooing. Final results depend on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and the body’s natural healing process. We do not guarantee specific results.

• Touch-up Policy: * The first touch-up session is included (complimentary) with your initial procedure, provided it is scheduled within 6-8 weeks of the original appointment.

• Any additional touch-ups (the 3rd session and onwards) will incur an additional fee based on our current pricing.

4. Media Release (Photos & Videos)

• By receiving services, you grant [Your Business Name] permission to take "before and after" photos and videos of your procedure.

• These materials may be used for marketing, social media, and educational purposes. If you wish to remain anonymous, please inform us in writing prior to your procedure.
