24-48 hours before your appointment, it is recommended to avoid alcohol, caffeine, blood-thinning medications, and intense sun exposure. It is also advised not to wax or tint your eyebrows at least one week before the procedure to ensure the best results.

After your procedure, it is important to avoid getting the treated area wet for the first 7-10 days, as well as avoiding sun exposure, sweating, and applying makeup on the eyebrows.
