Patch Test Information To ensure your safety and the best possible results, Beyond Beauty by Kaori offers patch testing for our PMU and removal services. Your skin’s health is our top priority. What is a Patch Test? A patch test is a simple procedure where a small amount of pigment or removal solution is applied to a discreet area of your skin (usually behind the ear or on the inner arm). This helps us determine if you have any sensitivities or allergic reactions to the products we use. Why is it Important? While allergic reactions to professional PMU pigments and Beauty Angels solutions are rare, they can occur. A patch test: • Ensures Safety: Identifies potential adverse reactions before a full procedure. • Provides Peace of Mind: Especially recommended for clients with sensitive skin or a history of allergies. • Confirms Compatibility: Helps us see how your skin reacts to the specific products chosen for your treatment. How it Works 1. Consultation: We discuss your medical history and any known allergies. 2. Application: A tiny amount of the product is applied to a small area. 3. Observation: You will monitor the area for 24 to 48 hours. 4. Results: If no redness, itching, or irritation occurs, we can safely proceed with your full appointment. Important Note A patch test is available upon request. Please note that while it significantly reduces the risk, it does not 100% guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur during or after the full procedure.
Cancellation Policy
BEYOND BEAUTY POLICIES Thank you for choosing my service. To ensure a safe, smooth and professional experience for every client, please review the following salon policies. APPOINTMENTS - All service are by appointment only. - Bookings can be made through my website or by direct message (DM) -A brief pre-consultaition will be conducted to confirm your eligibility and ensure a safe treatment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - Free cancellations or changes are allowed up to 48 hour before your appointment. -Cancellations within 48 hours or no -shows will result in a cancellation fee or forfeit of your deposit. -if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule. BOOKING DEPOSIT -a non-refundable deposit (amount specified at booking) is required to secure your appointment. -This deposit will go toward your service cost. -No-shows or last- minute cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. HEALTH & CONTRAINDICATIONS Please inform me if any of the following apply to you: -Pregnant or breastfeeding -Keloid-prone skin -Skin conditions or infections on the treatment area -Serious health conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart disease - doctor's note may be required) Your health and safety are my top priority, and accurate disclosure is essential. PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA -Photos may be taken before and after your procedure for documentation. -I may share photos on social media or my portfolio, only with your consent. -Please let me know if you prefer not to have your photo shared. HYGIENE & SAFETY -I follow strict hygiene protocols, including the use of single-use, disposable tools. -The artist is licensed and certified in proper PMU procedures and sanitation practices. CLIENT COOPERATION -For safety reasons, children or pets are not allowed during your appointment. -Be honest about your health and expectations. I am here to help you achieve the best results.
